In the course of my work as a change educator, I've had the honor of engaging with many different audiences—from elementary school students to retirees, and everyone in between—about what it really takes to generate change in our world.
My keynotes, talks, and workshops help aspiring changemakers to increase their impact by unlocking their changemaking capacity, mapping their changemaker journey, and cultivating the core characteristics of successful changemakers.

The Changemaking Power of the Feminine Collective
You don't have to be a hero to be a changemaker. But we can't change the world unless we know the path we must take to get it done. The capacity, the courage, and the strength are within us, but how do we unleash them for the benefit of all?
Women have what it takes to rise up and work together to create change. Yet many of us suffer from impostor syndrome and crises of confidence that make us vulnerable to inaction.
The real power comes from all of us working together, giving each other the courage we need to take action. When we gather our resources and refocus our talents, we can do it! By acting in collaboration with other committed women and walking the changemaker's journey together, everyday women can create extraordinary change.

I'm the co-founder and CEO of Blue Roads Education Group, where I leverage my 35+ years of experience in higher education and K-12 public education to educate and support changemakers to:

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts degree in Pupil Personnel Services, and a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership. My research interest lies primarily in the area of leadership for global education and changemaker education, and I'm passionately committed to doing my part to realize the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. I'm also an ambassador for

By focusing on the four quadrants of the Changemaker Journey Framework—being, doing, connecting and reflecting—I help leaders and future leaders develop the characteristics needed to live their highest calling.
